Full Details:

We are a welcoming mental health and wellbeing centre, dedicated to providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where people can connect, feel valued and find a sense of belonging.

As a volunteer, you could help support our drop-in sessions, assist with wellbeing activities, offer a friendly face and a listening ear, or simply help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you can spare a few hours regularly or just help occasionally, your time and kindness could make a real difference. Volunteering is also a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, make friendships and become part of a caring and supportive community. You don’t need to be an expert in mental health – just someone with compassion, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
