Corrently I have thirty four Neighbourhood Watch Coordinators across our town. They have a scheme in their road which can include from five to all the homes. The Coordinator receives information regarding Crime prevention, news from local organisations and from the local Police, which thry then forward to their members. The Coordinator may receive information regarding, for example, unsual activity in their area, from their members which they can then report to either me or, as necessary, the appropriate authorities. They also keep an eye on what is happening in their area and work with their members, and other residents, to help to solve a given issue, for example, arranging a commuity Litter Pick, renovating and planting a derelict Planter etc. There is no end to the commuity working together to improve their area in small ways that can make a big ipact! I am always available to give advice, find possible answers, offer support and advice. Neighbourhood Watch is all about community- YOUR community!
If you would like to have more information, or become a Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator , please do not hesitate to contact.
