HHB is the local branch of the national Hygiene Bank, a charity that promotes awareness of hygiene poverty, and also works with local organisations and the public to collect products (such as shampoo, shower gel, period products, house cleaning items) that are distributed to people in the community who cannot afford to buy these essentials.
