Following the recent flooding issues in Syston the group was established to help identify and minimise risk of future flooding by building a good relationship with the relevant authorities and working with residents and local businesses.
The areas we shall carry out voluntary works are:-
*Assist Riparian Owners who may find it difficult to carry out their responsibilities
*Assist in clearing vegetation, debris and silt from the brook
